The original A. T. Clancy School was erected in 1964. Additions were made in 1968 and 1990, after the school had been recommissioned Monsignor Clancy Secondary School in 1989. In 1999 the school was reconstituted as an elementary school. In 2022, Monsignor Clancy Catholic Elementary School merged with St. Charles Catholic Elementary School to become Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Elementary School.
Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Elementary School is a part of the Denis Morris Catholic High School Family of Schools.
