Mothers in Mind takes place at 82 Hannover Drive and is facilitated by the Family Counselling Centre.

It is a closed group and runs for 10 weeks, 2 hrs per week. We typically run it Friday mornings from 9:30 - 11:30am and it is for mothers with children ages 0-4 yrs old who identify as having experienced trauma at some point in their lives which they find is affecting their parenting relationship(s). It is an attachment group and involves play time, snacks, and discussion on a different topic each week. There are also songs and story time. Women with more than one child are welcomed to attend with all of their children, as long as the children fall into the age range of 0-4 yr olds.

We run four of these groups per year in Niagara.
