H.O.P.E stands for Helping Others Parent Effectively. We are a support group for families who have children or teens living with ADHD. We are under the Pathstone Mental Health umbrella.

During H.O.P.E. sessions - now online! - you can share what works for your family, as well as get ideas and suggestions for coping with the challenges of having a child with ADHD. Guest speakers are scheduled for some meetings. Visit our webpage for more information. Contact us for new schedule for 2021-2022.
